Jacqueline Lindsay is a professional Registered Nurse who holds a Master of Public Health from New York University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law in Hampstead, New York. Jacqueline began her career in community-based care with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, as a home care nurse providing skilled nursing care to homebound elderly patients.

Over the course of her career she has held management and administrative roles at both for-profit and non-profit home health organizations where her passion and commitment to quality patient care has been well-recognized. Her published works include: Lessons From the Field: One Agency's Successful OBQI Journey - Improvement in Medication Management. Jacqueline joined Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) as a Site Visitor in March 2012. Julia is a Managing Director at Simione Healthcare Consultants with more than 30 year of progressive experience as a nursing leader and consultant, including 15 years in home care and hospice nursing management and 10 years in home care and hospice executive
management. She leads team consulting efforts in clinical operations to support clients with expertise in organizational structure, clinical and quality management, process engineering and strategic planning. Her consulting efforts include numerous clinical operations improvement projects, the development of a clinical management training curriculum, and nursing expertise and support for operations, strategic growth, technology and compliance initiatives. Julia’s executive background includes agency achievements with national recognition for cost and quality, a pristine record of results
with the Joint Commission, Medicare and state surveys, and a passion for quality improvement and operationalizing regulatory requirements.

Nicole is currently employed by Transitions LifeCare in Raleigh, a non-profit that has served the Raleigh area for 40 years, as VP of Quality & Compliance, Chief Compliance Officer. Nicole has experience in working with a for-profit, national hospice chain while under a corporate integrity agreement, specifically developing the training plan for internal staff and contracted vendors. As president and co-founder of MHA, Jennifer not only works hand in hand with clients to help them achieve new heights of operational, technological, regulatory and financial efficiency, but also guides MHA's long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Before dedicating herself full-time to MHA, Jennifer held positions as CEO and executive director of the Minnesota Homecare Association and as an executive account manager at a top home health and hospice consulting firm. There, she designed and coordinated multiple client service engagements focused on staff augmentation, acquisition, due diligence, compliance reviews as well as billing/collections, and revenue cycle management. Jennifer has also worked with the aging population from a different lens, running adult community serv ices programs at the Mesa County Department of Human Services. She holds a master's degree in counseling and a bachelor's degree in psychology and was an adjunct professor of psychology and sociology at Colorado Christian University.

Carissa McKenna, RN, BSN, COS-C, HCS-D, is a Senior Clinical Consulting Manager at McBee with more than 21 years of experience in the health care industry. In her role at McBee, she has been involved in many aspects of client fulfillment, including OASIS and coding, episode management and on-site education. While specializing in performance improvement, Carissa is also experienced in managed care, health maintenance organizations, quality assurance, clinical documentation, integrated chronic care management, and education. She is experienced in both the home health and hospice survey processes, accreditation compliance, and Medicare regulations. While working with providers, Carissa has developed and implemented several clinical workflows, as well as documentation and quality assurance tools. Carissa currently manages several clients in episode management engagements, helping them to improve adherence to the established plan of care to ensure positive outcomes clinically, financially and operationally.
